Mitch Ashley discusses how changes from the COVID-19 era are more than temporary. Major corporations are making big shifts in how they deliver services. Starbucks, for example, is accelerating its move to offer on-to-go, pickup, carry out and drive through services. Starbucks is closing 400 retail cafe stores across the US and Canada and opening 300 new on-the-go type locations. Shifts in how we service customers during lockdowns due to Covid-19 and accelerating digital projects will have a long-lasting impact and change our business strategies long into the future. 06/15/2020
